7. SMS Text Messaging Consent

7.1 Program Description

Optionality Report may send SMS messages including account notifications, order updates, and marketing messages such as strategy updates and promotions.

9.3 Arbitration

Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

9.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND OPTIONALITY REPORT AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION.

9.5 Injunctive Relief

Either party may seek equitable relief in HK courts.

9.6 Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by emailing contact@optionalityreport.com.

9.7 Severability

If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
